Laurent Courtin shapes his professional path the way one shapes a voice: with precision, commitment, and a deep attention to the human being. For more than twenty years, he has worked at the crossroads of directing, training, and acting, weaving a common thread through these worlds: helping each person find their place, their posture, and their authentic voice.

Trained in acting and directing, and later accredited in the "Nadine George Voice Work" in London, he has made vocal mastery, intonation, and presence a central axis of his work. For over a decade, he has designed and led voice workshops in France and internationally.

This vocal expertise informs all his work as a director and executive coach, supporting major institutions and prestigious companies. He designs bespoke learning pathways and prepares leaders and spokespersons for high‑stakes speaking engagements. His practice draws on a dual culture: the world of theatre, where he works as a director, and the world of coaching, enriched by two master’s degrees and numerous certifications.

At the intersection of pedagogy, communication, and vocal art, his profile stands out for a rare ability to connect technique, expressiveness, and professional rigor—helping each person find a voice that is more embodied, more confident, and more impactful.
